See-Ya Later Smoothie

The ‘See-Ya Later’ Smoothie…this smoothie is so packed full of goodness that you can say see-ya later to whatever icky virus or bug is lurking around (which seems to be a lot at this time of year!).


Half a banana

1 handful of baby spinach leaves

1 tsp chia seeds

1 orange

Half a cup of almond milk (or coconut water would also be nice)

Put it all in a blender and go……


  • Freeze bananas so you always have them on hand – I chuck them into the freezer as a whole or cut them in half, skins and all (then remove the skin before blending).

This smoothie will have you up and at ’em, and back out on the hiking trails in no time.
